Dramatization of Eudora Welty’s A Worn Path
Eudora Welty’s short story, A Worn Path, is wonderful in text form, but sometimes it’s interesting to experience such stories in other mediums. This dramatization may help you to visualize what happens.

There is also the 1994 film adaptation directed by Bruce Schwartz, starring Cora Lee Day and Conchata Ferrell, which won numerous awards including the Silver Award at Worldfest and the Bronze Plaque from the Columbus International Film & Video Festival. A copy of it can usually be found at your local library or through such helpful resources as WorldCat.
